Did make it to the gym this morning πŸ™Œ New week, new motivation to do better than last week πŸ’ͺ

What is your weekly workout schedule?
And how long do you workout each day?

For me it's 3 times (Mo, We, Fr) to gym for about 45 min to an hour, other days going for brisk walks.
