Started yesterday again. As it was a while ago, keeping it to 3 kms for now. Will be sharing all my progress. Hope to motivate people like me that struggle to get in shape. No amazing story here, just a regular girl working on herself. No extreme workouts that you give up before you started. Will be sharing what works for me, maybe it will be helpful for some of you to get started too. Let me know in the comments what info would be useful for you to know ??
